My name is Alex I'm a 20 and fed up with being fat. I want to be happy, I want to love myself and most of all I want to be healthy! I am basically in the process of becoming a former funny fat girl (I use funny lightly). Hopefully we can help each other out on this journey.

30-60 minutes a day is all it’s going to take. Eat well. Eat good foods. Eat foods you’d be proud to tell the tumblr community about. Work hard. Push yourself. Test your limits. Get off tumblr, workout for 30 minutes, come back, and tell us all about it. Post pictures of your sweat stains. If you just ran a mile for the very first time, celebrate! A little over a month ago I had a post about helping the victims of the West explosion…today I come to you with a similar plea.

As you may know today a massive tornado hit Moore, Oklahoma (it’s just south of OKC and north of OU in Norman). The devastation is catastrophic and as of 7:20 pm over 37 people were confirmed dead. Buildings were ripped to shreds and thousands of homes (and lives) were destroyed.

Texas may be my first love, but Oklahoma is my second. I’ve spent years visiting Norman and Moore so this tornado is really hitting close to home. If you can help in anyway possible please, please, please do so. Whether it be a monetary donation, which you can do by texting REDCROSS to 90999 (it’s a $10 donation), or by donating old clothes and bottled water I beg that you to do what you can! The people of Moore need our help!
